At Chez Emy, we would like to offer a pretty new service in Thailand : Cooking Team Building, cooking classes for corporate events.
What is it ?
Team building is a philosophy in which employees are viewed as members of interdependent teams instead of as individual workers. Cooking Team building will allow your team to know each other cooking together and to build a new and good relationship. It is designed to enable your team to improve communication, define team strenghts and weaknesses, enhance organization skills and encourage creativity. The final goal is just to improve your team performance in a fun and good atmosphere.
How it works ?
We design together the perfect set of desserts that you would like your team to cook. The D-day, we learn to your team how to cook it. At the end of the session, hungry and fully relaxed teams sit down together and are served the great food they have created themselves in a very nice room (from our Partner) at Chiang Maï.
How long does it last?
Our cookery team building events are around three hours long and timings can be designed to suit each client. Morning slots are prefered allowing teams to lunch and then to have a meeting in our restaurant or go home.
How much does it cost?
Please, contact us to get a quotation which fits to your specific needs. However, to get an idea, the price for one employee is around 1500B. An event can be scheduled with minimum 5 attendees.

Our venue can also be hired as inspiring and original venues for creative meetings or brainstorms. This is an original place to help stimulate fresh and creative thinking. We offer additional service such as providing meals and desserts.
